Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your PAWOZA purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging and included accessories where reasonably possible.

To request a return, contact us at support@pawoza.com and include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Please do not send a return before contacting us. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If we confirm the issue, PAWOZA will cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at support@pawoza.com with your order number and photos of the issue when applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@pawoza.com.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing or has already shipped.
